Situated on the west coast and very near to Lakka’s light house as well as Plani Beach,
Villa Faros offers its guests the most amazing views they can imagine.

Entering the premises you will face the BBQ area and the garden with lemon trees,
olive trees and flowers. The newly built swimming pool is on a higher level to the left
side of the garden and from there the sunset and sea views are unbelievable.

The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, a double one with an en suite bathroom and
a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine, microwave
oven, coffee maker, a second bathroom in the hall way and a living room area facing
the front  yard with flat screen TV and a CD player.

Large balconies to the back side of the house overlooking the west coast will be ideal
for you to relax and enjoy the sunset while having a drink.

Car hire is recommended and we can arrange that for you but if you don’t like driving
on your holidays then Lakka village is only 10 minutes walk down and Plani beach is
only 10 minutes away.

The prices do not include a car but if you if you would like to hire one then contact us
and we will give you alternative prices including the car.

Booking fees and taxes
All prices are including 13% VAT but exclude a Greek Government staying tax fee of 0,50 euros per night.

Cancellation policy:
Full refund up to 3 months prior check-in.
70% refund up to 1 month prior check-in.
No refund 30 days prior check-in.

Booking Policy:
PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer
at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
