Villa Thalia is set on the edge of Loggos village in a peaceful location with panoramic sea view. It sleeps up to 4 people, it is air-conditioned and you can enjoy a private swimming pool where you can relax, put your feet up and admire the stunning scenery. Villa Thalia combines the privacy of a villa with its own private swimming pool together with the facilities and amenities of the village. State-of-the-art interiors with all modern conveniences!

Layout
Spread over two floors, Villa Thalia consist of an air conditioned open-plan living /dining / kitchen area on the ground floor and two air conditioned bedrooms (one double, one twin) each with ensuite bathroom, on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own balcony with panoramic sea view.
Living Room
The living room (air-conditioned) has a comfortable sofa where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. In the living room area there is also a fireplace and a wooden side table. French windows leads to the terrace.
Kitchen
A fully and modern equipped kitchen that communicates with the dining area (seats 4) and the living area. Kitchen includes all basic equipment.
Bedrooms
Villa Thalia has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (first floor):
Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom has its private balcony with stunning sea view.

Villa Thalia has 2 bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom with shower. W/C.
Bathroom 2 is an ensuite bathroom with shower. W/C.
Outside area - Swimming Pool
Terrace to front with garden furniture, private pool (4m x 7m) behind with further terraces and flower beds; private parking to rear; flower beds.
Sun beds are provided.
Sea views from terraces, all front windows and pool (partially obscured by trees)
Maid services 3 times a week. Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Full refund up to 3 months prior check-in.
70% refund up to 1 month prior check-in.

Booking Policy:
PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card
or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
