The garden is well established with a charming dining area that has been created out of an old olive tree, a perfect place to enjoy a BBQ by the pool.

The Modern Vintage decor painted with low-key primary colours - beige, gray, sand, and impressive wallpapers. A high quality artificial wooden floor helps to create a special atmosphere.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with ceiling fan) and fully equipped kitchen, cooker, fridge- freezer, twin sinks, kettle, sandwich toaster

The living area leads onto a wraparound balcony with views of Panagia Island, the hills with olive groves and cypress trees, the mainland coastline, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

Ground floor: 1 twin air conditioned bedroom, with mosquito nets over the beds. 1 family bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen, cooker, fridge- freezer, twin sinks, kettle, sandwich toaster etc.

Living area leads on to the shaded dining terrace overlooking the beautiful garden.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled any time after booking confirmation any taken deposit is non-refundable. ● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.

● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
