Nestled in a hill, amongst the olive trees and cypresses, Villa Alexa is all about tranquillity.
A brand new stylish villa which blends Paxiot stones with modern materials to create a perfect
fusion of luxury living. Facing east in an almost central coastal position on Paxos, Villa Alexa
reputedly offers the best views on the island, from Corfu to the north to the mainland and
south over the edge of Gaios. Excellent sunrise views with the splendour of the Ionian sea
can be seen from the luxury of the Master suite, from the pool or from one of the many terraces.
The largest beach on the island, Kipiadi, is less than a 10 minute walk from the villa.

This villa is designed for comfort and luxury for families or large parties and it consists of
5 bedrooms, 4 of which are double bedrooms and 1 small single bedroom. All bedrooms have
en suite shower rooms. Lovely natural linen curtains all around equipped with separate blackout
curtains, highest quality Zip and Link mattresses, ceiling fans and air-condition system.

The master bedroom has a TV and DVD. One of the double bedrooms has 2 single beds in
the mezzanine bringing the accommodation total up to 11 people.

Safes, Jo Malone soaps and hairdryers in all 5 bedrooms, 2 traveling cots, clip-on highchair.

Huge reception room with large TV (with Netflix), 3 sofas and 2 armchairs, extendable dining
table and chairs, professional electric piano, desk etc. Very well equipped kitchen with gas
range hob and electric fan oven, magimix and slow cooker. American style fridge freezer,
microwave and two dishwashers.

DVD player and good selection of DVDs, playing cards and backgammon sets.
Free standing Bluetooth speaker, English/USA adapters in each room.

Separate laundry room.

Outside dining table (seats 12) with large shaped gazebo and comfortable seating
areas with views over looking the sea with overhead sails for shade.

Large terraced garden with loads of space which is lit up at night. Side gate onto
footpath which leads down to Kipiadi beach (7 minutes), Levrechio beach through
the olive groves (20 mins) and a further 10 mins walk to reach the village of Loggos.

3 large sails overhead to provide some shade if needed and underwater lighting at night.
All gates with access to the pool area have child proof combination locks.

Monogrammed swimming towels and masses of hamman towels.

Free standing BBQ

Electric entrance gates, parking for two cars outside the property and ample
parking through the gates on to the lower terrace.
